We want you to love your new locker, but if it is not quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unassembled packaging. Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the logistics of these heavy items.

We will help you arrange a courier collection or provide a drop-off label, depending on the size of your Mustard Made locker.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method, minus the shipping fee.
